Returns and Refund Policy
1.1 Since all our products are fresh and perishable, they are not returnable after delivery once the Customer has received and accepted the order.
1.2 Customers are strongly advised to check each item carefully at the time of delivery, while our delivery personnel are still present at the designated address. Any request for return, replacement, or refund must be raised immediately during delivery. Once our delivery personnel leave, no further claims will be entertained by Banglabutcher.
1.3 The following reasons will be considered valid for returning goods during delivery:
- Delivered goods are damaged or defective (expired, spoiled, inedible, or physically destroyed).
- Delivered goods are incomplete (items missing from the order).
- Delivered goods are incorrect (wrong product, quantity, or variation).
1.4 Certain products marked as “non-returnable” on our website are not eligible for return under any circumstance.
1.5 Goods will only be accepted for return if they are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.
1.6 If returned goods do not meet these conditions, Banglabutcher reserves the right to reject any request for refund or replacement.Refund Policy
1.7 If the Customer proves that delivered goods are damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, the Customer may refuse to accept the delivery and request a refund (if payment was made in advance). This is subject to Banglabutcher’s verification and provided the Customer has no fault in the matter.
1.8 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no refund is required since no payment has been made in advance. In such cases, the Customer may simply refuse to receive the delivery and avoid payment.
1.9 If the Customer has made pre-payment or advance payment, but the ordered goods are unavailable in stock, Banglabutcher will offer suitable replacement products of similar value and quality. If the Customer declines, the order will be cancelled, and the refund process will begin.
1.10 Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used by the Customer, within 10 (ten) working days of initiating the refund. In exceptional cases, processing may take longer.
1.11 The refund amount will never exceed the actual amount paid by the Customer.
