What types of meat do you sell?
We provide a wide variety of 100% halal meat, including beef, mutton,
chicken, quail, pigeon, duck, and more.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery. Depending on stock availability,
delivery may take up to a maximum of 48 hours.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Currently, we deliver within Dhaka city. We are working on expanding
our delivery zones.
Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Yes, you can pre-schedule your order for a specific date and time.
Is the meat fresh or frozen?
We deliver freshly cut halal meat every day. Some items may be frozen for
safety during transport, but it will be clearly mentioned.
How do you ensure the meat is halal?
All animals are slaughtered following proper Islamic halal guidelines by
trained butchers.
Do you maintain hygiene standards?
Absolutely. All meat is processed in a sanitized facility, handled by trained
staff, and delivered in vacuum-sealed, leak-proof, and temperature-
controlled packaging.
Can I request specific cuts of meat?
Yes! You can choose your preferred cut size (small, medium, large pieces,
fillet, curry cut, etc.) while placing the order.
Do you provide cleaned and dressed chicken/duck/pigeon?
Yes, we provide fully cleaned, dressed, and ready-to-cook meat as per
your preference.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad,
Rocket), and Online Banking.
What if the meat is not fresh or as I ordered?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If there’s any issue, contact us within
[X hours] and we will replace the item or process a refund.
Do you sell in bulk for events, restaurants, or catering?
Yes, we accept bulk orders. Please contact us directly for special rates.
Do you charge extra for cleaning and cutting?
No, cleaning and basic cutting are free. Special cuts may have a small
charge.
Can I get exotic items like quail, pigeon, or duck anytime?
These are available based on seasonal stock. You can check availability on
our website or contact us.
